Lead Arborist

A lead arborist leads a crew of guys throughout each job. The lead arborist typically will be the one to either use the lift or climb trees to do any needed tree maintenance.

Grounds Crew

Members of the grounds crew assist with set up, staging, maintaining the ground, and clean up. The main objective during a job is to keep the ground clear for the climber to help maintain safe working conditions.

Snow Removal Specialist

Snow removal specialists assist with both blowing and shoveling, as well as salting customer properties as needed.

Landscaper

From grading yards to installing patios, the landscaper will assist with any landscape / design jobs.

Skidsteer Operator

Maplewood Tree Care in Monona is looking for a highly skilled skid steer operator to plow snow on a route with a brand new CAT 289 track machine, with a fully hydraulic metal pless snow pusher. The combination with this machine is amazing how much snow you can push efficiently. It takes a highly skilled operator to run this machine. Please only call if you have many years experience. This is not a position offering training, we are looking for someone with experience. Option to make more money if you can tow this machine yourself or if you have a CDL. We would pitch in for fuel and maintenance. Must have clean driving record. We do commercial lots first, and then at the end of our route we do a few residential driveways.
